Horst Klein and Joyce Klein, his wife, are the son-in-law and daughter of Fredrick J. Leach and Queenie Leach. Mr. and Mrs. Leach claim to be the owners of the vessel. The action involves whether the ownership of the vessel is in the Leaches and, therefore, not an asset reachable to satisfy the debts of the Kleins or whether ownership...
