MASON, Justice.

A jury convicted Dennis Eugene Reeves of unlawful possession of stimulant or depressant drugs in violation of section 204A.3(2), The Code, 1971. He appeals from the judgment imposing sentence.

The facts which led to defendant's arrest occurred around 1:00 p. m. June 22, 1971 when Captain Garner of the Davenport police department and five other officers went to the business of defendant for the purpose of conducting a search of the premises...
