This condemnation lawsuit involves the taking of a three-dimensional aerial easement of approximately 2-1/2 acres from the Great Lakes Express Company (hereinafter referred to as defendant). The easement was used for the construction of an approach to a bridge over the Saginaw River as part of I-675, the business route that passes through the City of Saginaw.
