Defendant was convicted by a jury on June 22, 1971 of armed robbery, MCLA 750.529; MSA 28.797, and carnal knowledge of a female over 16 years of age, MCLA 750.520; MSA 28.788. He was sentenced to from 10 to 15 years on each count, to run concurrently. He appeals as of right.

On February 28, 1971 at approximately 6:15 a.m., the complainant was waiting for a cab in front of her home on Annabelle...
