This is an appeal from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas.

Defendant was found guilty, following a jury trial, of one count of armed robbery and one count of assault with intent to rape, and sentenced to be imprisoned in the Ohio Penitentiary with the sentences to run concurrently.
