Wayne Phillip Carroll, appellant, pled guilty in the Circuit Court for Kent County to the crime of larceny to the value of $100.00 or upward, Md. Ann. Code Art. 27, § 340, and was sentenced to a term of ten years imprisonment, to be served consecutively with a sentence appellant was then serving in the State of Delaware.
