OPINION BY JUDGE BLATT, August 30, 1973:

On May 22, 1968, Okey Miller (claimant) suffered a compensable injury when he injured his back while at work for the Jessop Steel Company (employer). The claimant and the employer entered into a compensation agreement, which was in effect until September 9, 1968, when the claimant returned to work.
