This action was brought by Edwin Hamilton and his wife, the insured, to recover damages from State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, the insurer, and Frederick V. Betts, an attorney, because of a judgment taken against the Hamiltons which was in excess of the policy limits in a liability insurance contract.
