Doyle Wayne Anderson, appellant, hereinafter referred to as defendant, entered a plea of guilty in the District Court of Tulsa County, Oklahoma, Case No. CRF-70-2185, to the offense of Grand Larceny. Judgment and sentence was deferred for a period of two years.
