This is an appeal from the District Court of Tulsa County, Case No. CRF-71-1671, wherein Donald Everett Debouse, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried, and convicted for the offense of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, After Former Conviction of a Felony, and his punishment was fixed at seven (7) years imprisonment in the state penitentiary in accordance with the verdict of the jury....
