This is an appeal from a judgment of the Denver District Court setting aside an order of the Colorado Racing Commission (Commission), defendant-appellant, against Gene Vale, plaintiff-appellee. The Commission had entered an order suspending a dog racing license purportedly issued to Vale. We affirm the judgment of the district court.
