CARTER, Judge.

The defendant Paul S. Cooper appeals from a judgment of convictions entered by the District Court for the Central District of California on October 2, 1972. The crucial question facing this court, the Temporary Emergency Court of Appeals (hereafter T.E.C.A.), is whether or not we have jurisdiction over the appeal.

Cooper was charged in a ten-count indictment with violations of 18 U.S.C. §§ 371 and 1001, and 6 C.F.R. §§ 301...
