The Secretary of Labor brought suit under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq., against Bernard Ettlinger, Veterans Cleaning Service, Inc., Rent-A-Maid, Inc., and Roto Rooter Service of Duval County, Inc. to enjoin them from violating the minimum wage and overtime provisions of the Act and from continuing to withhold payment of minimum wage and overtime compensation due for services performed since February...
