Lisandro Patricio Thorpe appeals from his conviction for failing to report for induction into the Armed Forces in violation of 50 U.S.C. App. § 462(a) (1970), entered on December 15, 1972, after a trial without a jury before Judge Judd in the Eastern District of New York. Thorpe claims that the conviction should be set aside because the Local Board erroneously classified him I-A. We reject this contention...
