Appellants were jointly indicted, tried, and found guilty of violating 18 U.S.C. § 1510.1 Appellants filed separate notices of appeal and briefs in this court. Both appellants challenge the sufficiency of the evidence to warrant submission of the case to the jury, but for different reasons. We hold the evidence was insufficient as a matter of law to convict appellant Walker and reverse the judgment of conviction...
