This appeal challenges a judgment of the District Court denying an injunction sought to permanently restrain the sale of appellant's home to satisfy the lien of a second deed of trust thereon.1 The deed of trust secures the payment of a negotiable promissory note in the original principal sum of $3,900 bearing interest at the rate of 6% per annum. The note is payable, as to both principal and interest, in 59 monthly installments...
