Seymour Matanky, M.D., appellant herein, appeals from his conviction in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on all 39 counts of an indictment for violations of 18 U.S.C. § 1001.1 Appellant received a suspended prison sentence and fines totaling $58,500.00.
