OPINION

OMAN, Justice.

Defendant was convicted of first degree murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. He has appealed. We affirm.

He first contends the trial court was without jurisdiction of the subject matter of the case and, therefore, the judgment and sentence are void. His contention is predicated upon the failure of the State to establish that the killing occurred in Bernalillo County where the case was tried. He contends it is uncontradicted...
