Appellant, Joseph Austin Suits, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried, and convicted in the District Court of Tulsa County, Case No. CRF-70-523, for the crime of Robbery With Firearms. He was sentenced to serve a term of not less than thirty (30) years and no more than ninety (90) years in the state penitentiary, in accordance with the verdict of the jury; and a timely appeal...
