OPINION

DITTER, District Judge.

This matter is now before the court for determination of defendant's motion to dismiss1 a class action on the ground that plaintiff has not alleged the $10,000. damages required to maintain a federal diversity suit. For the reasons set forth below, the defendant's motion to dismiss will be granted.
