In this suit on a promissory note, the makers of which are the appellants Dunham and Jackie Sellers, the district court granted the government's motion for summary judgment. The parties stipulated to the facts: The appellants executed a promissory note in the face amount of $30,000, which was delivered by them to the First National Bank of Baytown on June 25, 1965.
