This is an appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the District Court of the Virgin Islands granting the plaintiff's motion for summary judgment in its suit to recover the unpaid balance due on a note and to foreclose a purchase money mortgage which secured the note. The judgment appealed from also dismissed the defendant's counterclaim for damages for alleged breach of the plaintiff's warranties of title. The...
