This suit was instituted by Alexander Concrete Company in the District Court of Curry County seeking judgment against Western States Mechanical Contractors, Inc., for the amount of $1,063.72 allegedly due the plaintiff for materials furnished by the plaintiff to the defendant, plus the sum of $354.57 as attorney's fees.
