On Friday evening, October 1, 1971, Linda Elizabeth Ammidown was raped and shot twice in the head and left to die under the East Capitol Street Bridge. On April 12, 1972, a six-count indictment arising out of this murder was filed in which appellants, Richard Anthony (Tony) Lee1 and his brother, Ralph Lee, were charged with conspiracy to commit murder in count one,2 first-degree premeditated murder...
