This is an action by Plaintiff to condemn right of way for a natural gas pipeline under the provisions of the Natural Gas Act. (15 U.S.C.A. Section 717). The provisions of this Act provide that state condemnation procedures will be followed. The applicable procedures are set out in 66 Okla. Statutes 1971, Section 51 et seq.
