This case is before us upon the application for enforcement of an order of the National Labor Relations Board that is reported at 200 N.L.R.B. No. 73.

The Board found that respondent violated § 8(a)(1) of the Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 158(a)(1), by threatening employees that if a union were selected it would close its plant and move and by coercively interrogating employees about union activities.
