Defendant was jury convicted of armed robbery, MCLA 750.529; MSA 28.797, and sentenced to a term of 20 to 40 years in prison.

Testimony at trial indicated that, on February 7, 1972, one McKee was alone in the Salvation Army Record Shop at about 1:10 p.m.; McKee was an employee. Defendant entered the shop armed with a pistol, and told McKee to give him the money from the cash register, which McKee did. Defendant
