This appeal is from the decision of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board1 dismissing an opposition proceeding. Appellee Soo Valley Company filed an application2 to register the mark "WONDER-THREAD for "industrial thread." Appellant David Crystal, Inc. opposed registration on the basis of its own prior use and registration of the mark WONDERCORD by DAVID CRYSTAL, for dresses, suits, skirts, blouses...
