This is an appeal from a conviction of Edmund A. Rosner, a practicing lawyer, of the crimes of conspiracy, 18 U.S. C. § 371, obstruction of justice, 18 U.S. C. §§ 1503 and 2, and of three counts of bribery, 18 U.S.C. §§ 201(b) and 2, and 3237. The indictment was filed on July 5, 1972, naming appellant and Nicholas DeStefano, a private investigator, and Nicholas Lamattina, a New York City policeman, as co-defendants...
