Plaintiffs, General Warehousemen's Union Local 852, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America (hereinafter called the "union"), sues defendant, Reliance Electric Company (hereinafter called "Reliance") to compel Reliance to extend certain insurance benefits to the members of the said union.
