Plaintiff filed this action to recover damages for personal injuries suffered in a one-car automobile accident. The defendant was the driver of the automobile and plaintiff was a guest passenger. Plaintiff alleged that defendant was guilty of gross negligence in causing the accident. The trial court denied defendant's motion for a directed verdict.
