GILBERT, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

William Sibiski, appellant, was convicted in the Circuit Court for St. Mary's County of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, i.e., lysergic acid diethylamide — LSD. He was fined $500.00.

In this Court, appellant argues that there was no probable cause for the police to arrest him or to conduct a search of his person. He contends here, as he did in the trial court, that the evidence taken...
