This action was brought by Norlinda D. Philbeck against Timmers Chevrolet and General Motors Acceptance Corporation [hereinafter G.M.A.C.] pursuant to the Truth-in-Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq., for allegedly inadequate credit disclosures made in connection with financing a new car.
