Acierno, individually and as an officer of the corporation, by the Secretary of Labor to compel future compliance with Sections 6, 7, 11, 15(a)(2) and 15(a)(5) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq.
