This cause initially was filed in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, Missouri. It was removed to federal court by United States Steel pursuant to removal jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1441(c) based upon plaintiff-appellant Rotermund's separate and independent claim against Steel in Count I of the complaint.
