This is an appeal from the District Court's dismissal of Plaintiff-Appellant's suit under the Civil Rights Act of 1871, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985.

The named Defendants-Appellees include the Grayson County War Memorial Hospital and the Grayson County Hospital Foundation, Inc., the latter being a non-stock, non-profit charitable corporation. According to the complaint, the Hospital is the only one located in the County,...
