Appellants were non-tenured teachers who were given notice on April 14, 1971, that they would not be retained for the following school year. Shortly thereafter they initiated certain grievance procedures under an agreement by which appellee, Matanuska-Susitna School Board, had consented to be bound concerning teacher grievances.
