Soppe and Ralph Wingert as defendants, seeking a declaratory judgment that he held a valid and subsisting lease covering the NW 1/4 of Section 28, T. 14 N., R. 63 W. of the 6th P.M. in Laramie County, Wyoming, excepting only an 18.7-acre tract.
