This is an action to vacate a portion of a street in a dedicated plat pursuant to MCLA 560.221; MSA 26.430(221).

Plaintiffs are owners of lots in the plat of Portage Lake Park, a part of Government Lot 1, Section 8, Township 26 North, Range 4 West, Crawford County, Michigan, abutting the portion of Portage Lake Drive that plaintiffs request to be vacated.
