On May 15, 1969, the defendant was indicated on five counts of pocket picking. On April 22, 1971, he entered pleas of guilty to counts one and two; the remaining three counts were nolled, and subsequently, he was sentenced to the Ohio Penitentiary on both counts, the sentences to run concurrently.
