JACKSON, J.

On May 15, 1969, the defendant was indicated on five counts of pocket picking. On April 22, 1971, he entered pleas of guilty to counts one and two; the remaining three counts were nolled, and subsequently, he was sentenced to the Ohio Penitentiary on both counts, the sentences to run concurrently. Eight months later the defendant was granted leave to appeal, and he assigns two prejudicial errors by the trial court.
