Plaintiff, a jewelry salesman, procured a "salesman's floater" insurance policy from each defendant insurance company, insuring him against certain losses under stated conditions. Following the theft of jewelry from his automobile, plaintiff made demand on defendants for payment. Defendants denied liability.
