GARZA, District Judge.

Joel Arturo Zamora, a young college student, stands charged by a Grand Jury indictment of knowingly and intentionally possessing, with intent to distribute, approximately 304 pounds of marihuana, contrary to Section 841(a)(1) of Title 21, United States Code. The Defendant filed a Motion to Suppress, and a hearing was held before the Court on September 20, 1973.
