PER CURIAM.

Defendant-appellant, Robert E. Lee, seeks reversal of an order for permanent injunction entered against him. The injunction forbids further violations of the anti-fraud provisions of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. We affirm.
