This appeal is from the decision of the Patent Office Board of Appeals, adhered to on reconsideration, affirming the examiner's rejection of claims 7, 8, 9 and 11 of appellant's application1 entitled "Vibration Dampener Support for Lenticular Devices" as unpatentable over the prior art under 35 U.S.C. § 103. We affirm.
