Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

FORRESTER, Judge:

Respondent has determined a deficiency of $447.71 in petitioner's income tax for the taxable year 1969. Because of a concession by petitioner the only issue remaining for our decision is whether petitioner is entitled to a deduction for an alleged theft or embezzlement loss.
