As the trial court stated, the issues raised are whether the care and treatment of Dr. Pitts was negligent and whether the care and treatment given was the cause of plaintiff's loss of vision in one eye. The trial court left the jury's finding of negligence stand, and Dr. Pitts claims the trial court should have changed the jury answer on his negligence from "Yes" to "No." The trial court did change the jury's answer as to causation from "Yes...
