Appellant, Franklin D. Roulain, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried, and convicted in the District Court of Caddo County, Case No. CRT-72-389, for the crime of Driving and Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor. He was sentenced to serve a term of one hundred and eighty (180) days in the county jail, and pay a fine of two hundred fifty...
