SCHWAB, Chief Judge.

The Oregon Liquor Control Commission issued orders cancelling petitioners' licenses to engage in various liquor businesses. We issued a temporary stay pursuant to ORS 183.480(3) for the purpose of permitting petitioners to seek, from the Commission, a stay pending judicial review of those cancellation orders.
