Following a jury trial and entry of judgment vesting title to real and personal properties in, and decreeing recovery of property retention damages and a debt deficiency by, plaintiff Attebury Elevators, Inc., the defendants Pullman Wheat Growers, Inc., and Clinton L. Peat challenge the decretory portions of the judgment pertaining to certain personal properties and to the debt deficiency. Affirmed.<...
