Appellant, a Florida state prisoner, appeals from the denial by the United States District Court of habeas corpus relief. We affirm.

Bell originally pled not guilty in Florida State Court to an information charging him with grand larceny and three additional offenses. Subsequently he withdrew his plea and entered a plea of guilty to attempted grand larceny. Still later he withdrew this guilty plea. Thereafter...
